Pours a clear, pale golden coloration with a tiny, fizzy head. Smells of light, wheaty malt and a strong citric acidity, with grapefruit being particularly noticeable. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by a medium citric acidity and a strong grapefruit presence, with just a hint of coriander and sea salt as well. Finishes with a medium acidity and some grapefruit lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is a perfectly nice, understated Gose that manages to feel towards the more traditional spectrum of the style despite the addition of grapefruits, which actually lend a rather nice, refreshing kick to this while not impacting the balance of flavor negatively here.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Thimbleweed Park. Algo de acidez y sal. No le encuentro el pomelo ni la naranja, si acaso el efecto del limon en la acidez. Simplemente bien, sin entusiasmar
