London Fog Ale yeast is used in this IPA with a complex blend of Simcoe, Columbus, Mosaic and Cascade hops. A malt base with wheat, oats and spelt provides a soft smooth mouth feel.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Estudiando. Muy aromatica, aunque en boca se queda algo atrás, resultando menos intensa que en nariz. Tiene un perfil cítrico/anaranjado suave y agradable, sin ser el tipo zumo de frutas que son las neipas

Pours a hazy, dark golden amber coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and some citrus/tropical hop notes of tangerine and papaya that turn kinda cat pissy upon swirling. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with zesty grapefruit, tangerine and quite tangy mango and papaya notes, as well as a light dankness and some herbal accents, with just a hint of mint. Finishes with a light bitterness and acidity, with some citrus/tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A nice IPA that is dominated by quite tangy tropical and lighter, zesty citrus notes, lending a certain acidity to this that really comes through in the finish, while there are some rather distinct herbal accents to this as well, which are reminiscent of mint and perhaps sage. All in all this makes for a rather interesting flavor profile that grew on me as I drank this, although I'm not really sure just how well it works ou at the end of the day.
