Copenhagen 23/5 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A lot of floating red M's floating around on the black can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 m thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate bitterness.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented, fruity odor mingling with tart, citric notes. Mango, papaya and passion fruit. Boozy fumes. Grapefruit and lime. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy streak. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Powerful and sweet - but not without a bitter bite.
