De Labirratorium. En copa shaker de Garage. En almuerzo, con pollo asado de Hipercor. Al principio perfil cafetoso agradable pero con un final ácido y un cuerpo aguado que quedan algo fuera de lugar. Pero poco a poco el café va imponiéndose y contrarrestando esas sensaciones iniciales resultando un propuesta original e interesante
