Collaboration with Oso Brew Co

The return leg of our collab with OSO Brew Co from Madrid and also the return of Joe "Spyder" Gallimore for a brew day at Garage HQ. After much discussion on the hop choice we felt that a couple of hops that have been staples of Garage beers for years needed to included; Mosaic and Bru-1. This combo brings a beautiful ripe pineapple note to proceedings. Then to turbo charge this we added lots of Idaho 7 Cryo for some stone fruit and some Chinook to give a pine and grapefruit edge. On the hot side we used Centennial and Chinook to keep a light thread of citrus and resin providing a deeper structure to the hop flavour of this IPA. Brewed with a base of extra pale pils malt to keep the colour as light as possible and lots of wheat and oats resulting in a beer that looks as good as it tastes.
