Winter may be orange season here in Spain but we are giving you a taste of summer with this super creamy low abv sour with orange and vanilla. A full and soft creamy bodied bulked up with maltodextrin to keep things vegan friendly which creates the super creamy body. A truckload of orange juice is added during fermentation along with vanilla to give a orange sorbet feel. by the way, this banger is also gluten free.

Pours a cloudy, golden amber coloration with a large, foamy head. Smells of light doughy malt, distinct, zesty orange notes and hints of vanilla. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of light doughy malt, zesty orange and hints of vanilla, with a light, lemony underlying lactic acidity. Finishes with a light tartness and some orange and vanilla lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and strong carbonation.
They call this a "Barcelona Weisse", but it has little in common with a Berliner Weiße due to the addition of orange juice and vanilla and lack of brett fermentation. it's makes for a decent, refreshing and easy-drinking Kettle Sour, but doesn't feel that natural, while also being somewhat overcarbonated.
