Collaboration with Civil Society Brewing.
As the summer is in full swing and the temperatures are soaring we have teamed up with three incredible Florida breweries to make a 3 tropical sours that will help you cool off. We are delighted to have Civil Society involved as they make some of the best fruited sours around.
This one is a real summer refresher perfect for the beach or whenever you just want to cool off. Packed with Watermelon, lime zest, hibiscus and sea salt over a wheat heavy base this is guranteed to quench your thirst. With the acidity on the lighter side to enhance the sweet flavours of the watermelon, it is drinks easily enough to replace whatever your go to refresher is.

Pours a cloudy, deep ruby red coloration with a medium, fizzy, quickly disappearing head. Smells of watermelona nd hibiscus, with just a hint of sea salt coming through as well. Taste is an excellent balance of vibrant watermelon and zesty lime, with hints of hibiscus and sea salt coming through as well. Finishes with a medium tartness and some watermelon, lime zest and sea salt lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for another really nice Fruited Kettle Sour from Garage, although I really wish that they would stop calling these Berliner Weiße. I've never had one with watermelon and really enjoy the refreshing, more'ish taste it brings, while the lime zest zings this up a bit and the hibiscus and sea salt make it more interesting. Very well-balanced and interesting flavor-profile here, with a good balance of slightöy sweet, tart and floral, herbal accents.
