Collaboration with J. Wakefield Brewing.
As the summer is in full swing and the temperatures are soaring we have teamed up with three incredible Florida breweries to make a 3 tropical sours that will help you cool off.
The first is a 6% tropical fruit fest collab with the stunning J Wakefield featuring a blend of fruits that you would expect in a Tiki bar. Mango, pineapple, passion fruit and coconut. The sweet and tangy aromas jump out of the glass and light up the tongue, then the subtle coconut smoothens it all out preparing you to dive back in.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy, quickly disappearing head. Smells of doughy malt, mango and pineapple. Taste is a good balance of light doughy malt and strong mango, pineapple and passion fruit notes, with just a hint of coconut coming through as well. Finishes with a medium tartness and some mango, pineapple and passion fruit lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
As I always say with these beers, this not a Berliner Weiße, it's a Fruited Kettle Sour. Pretty decent one, with vibrant tropical fruit notes, although the coconut is hardly noticeable here. Strong notes of mango, passion fruit and pineapple though, with a good, medium tartness in the finish.
