Colour almost black, strongly cloudy. Medium-high foam, built of small and medium-sized bubbles rather not persistent, light beige in colour.
Aroma rather delicate, chocolate, roasted with hints of dried fruit. It is only with time that the aroma gains in intensity. Caramel, toffee and a hint of liquorice appear.
The taste is definitely dry. The bitterness is dry, roasted, coffee-like but can also be associated with dark chocolate.
Saturation low upwards. Texture very soft, smooth. Body medium plus. Aftertaste long, roasted, chocolatey, dry.
