This amplified version of Congress Street IPA is a focused exhibition of the Galaxy Hop. Milky and yellow-orange in appearance, Double Dry Hopped Congress Street emits fragrant aromatics of mango, pine resin, grapefruit, pineapple, and peach. Explosive flavors of tropical fruit, grassy hop, nectarine, orange rind, and creamy malt inundate the palate with a thick, rich mouthfeel and soft, effervescent carbonation. The finish is full and oily, yet clean, with a light, modest bitterness.

Pours a pale yellow orange with white head. Lots of citrus on the nose. Extremely fragrant. This is a citrusy juice bomb with delicate soft resin on the back end. It is a veritable treat.

Hazy white grapefruit juice. Intense tropical hop aroma and flavor; not bad for all galaxy but not my favorite hop. Decent balance with light to moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with a juicy hop finish.

Pours a deep, opaque orange color with a medium thick white head. Nose is apricot. Taste is also apricot and citrus as well. Nice peppery finish and great bitterness

Picked up a four pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton, Massachusetts for about twenty dollars. My seventy eighth brew from these guys. Very good, but does not live up to the hype.
