With this distinctively dank Fort Point variant we feature Mosaic in the dry hop. Pouring a faintly cloudy, canary gold, Mosaic Fort Point emits a fragrant nose of herbal-woodsy hop, passion fruit, and zesty meyer lemon. Thirst quenching flavors of juicy mango, peppy citrus, and earthy hop entwine on the palate with the familiar biscuity mouthfeel, medium body, and bone dry finish of our signature pale ale.

Passion fruit, mango, lychee, herbal, and green dankness notes. Just hints of grapefruit bitterness. Aroma of passion fruit, and green herbs. Passion fruit zesty.
Aroma and taste has very pithy green hop notes. Dark gold colour. Medium body. Not creamy. Mouthful is rather bland. 5 month old.
Alchemist has the perfect balance, Tree House has a distinct flavour to it, and is more balanced than this. This is well-made, but there's nothing unique or special with it.

L: Pours a clear straw yellow color with a medium white head and thick sheets of lacing around the glass
S: Lots of grapefruit and lemon rind mix with a strong darkness and notes of sweet tropical fruit. Aroma is pleasant but I wish it was a bit stronger.
T: A mild sweet tropical fruit, mixes with grapefruit rind and a strong bitter darkness to make a tasty pale ale
F: Smooth and easy drinking, medium body.
O: This is a very enjoyable pale ale, balanced nicely between sweetness and bitterness.

this is really good and rightly famous now i suppose, cool to have it on tap, and as objectively great as it is, i was somewhat surprised by its relative subtlety, like its still obviously mosaic and a lot of it, but its tastefully done, drinkable beer in volume, not obnoxious hops for novelty, which is where these have seemingly trended lately, so sort of an unexpected take, but i guess its still pale ale, so maybe that makes more sense than i first thought, but i found this incredibly easy going, smooth and full without being heavy, aromatic and fresh and flavorful without being forced and green, and its quite distinctively fruity, enough of the other hops in the base beer to make this more than just a mosaic experience, which is great, killer proportions in this. i love this being obviously unfiltered but also light to drink, with nice grain contribution and balance and yet not malty in the traditional richer color and sweet profile sense, especially for a pale ale. the hops come with notes of jasmine, canned pineapple, and smashed lemongrass, and there is an almost crystalline or candied aspect to it, right in the middle, so interesting and good, quick flavor climax and slow rise and fall, so its there awhile at various intensities, light sweetness much of the way highlights the hops but it doesnt come at the expense of this being drinkable, not at all. real low bitterness here too, even for a pale, yet real nicely hopped overall, very full spectrum with some late herbal qualities, tidy earthy grain base is ideal too, pillow soft and with excited carbonation. i dont know that i am prepared to call this the best pale ale ever, lots of hype here, but it certainly seems well founded to me, still never had the original but this variant was a treat to drink, great pizza beer too!

Had a single draft at Trillium Brewery in Canton, Massachusetts for ten dollars. My eighty sixth brew reviewed from these guys. Very tasty, very overpriced.

Bright yellow color. Big, white head. Beautiful aroma of tropical fruits, melon, and peaches. Soft, juicy, and balanced taste with hoppy bitterness at the end.

16oz can poured into a Tulip glass. Enjoyed fresh.
Appearance:
Pours a hazy golden-orange with a dense, frothy white head that sticks around and leaves thick lacing. It’s glowing and opaque—quintessential Trillium haze. Looks juicy and rich, like a freshly blended tropical smoothie.
Aroma:
Massive hop aroma up front—Mosaic doing what it does best. Blueberry, mango, and citrus oils dominate with a subtle dankness underneath. There’s also a touch of pine resin, light peach skin, and green melon. Super fresh and punchy, with depth.
Taste:
Bold and juicy with waves of mango, citrus peel, pineapple, and underripe blueberry. There’s a gentle green hop bite mid-palate and a light herbal note on the finish. Balanced sweetness from the malt—lightly honeyed and bready—but the hops clearly lead. The dry hop adds a concentrated fruit punch with just enough bitterness to keep it grounded.
Mouthfeel:
Medium-bodied with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate carbonation gives it a soft lift without being overbearing. Juicy throughout with a slightly dry, resinous finish that invites the next sip.
Overall:
An excellent Mosaic-forward IPA that blends intensity with balance. The dry hopping elevates the fruit character while keeping things clean and drinkable. It’s vibrant, aromatic, and unmistakably Trillium. A standout version of Fort Point for Mosaic lovers.

Liked this a bit more than the galaxy version - both pale in comparison to the DDH version, but this was really solid. A little more dank than the other two versions, but that's A-OK with me. Medium body, a little heavier than what I'd classify as an "easy drinker," however these are perfect for a day at the pool, or cracking on a hot muggy day. Good to great beer - you won't be disappointed in this one.
