Same distinctive grain bill as the other "Street" IPA's, but heavily dry-hopped with Simcoe. Our treatment of Simcoe results in beautifully balanced aromatics and provides a satisfying depth of hop-driven flavor. Summer Street IPA bursts with scents of spicy pine, lemon, and grape juice while focused flavors of citrus, pear, and essence of pine wash over the palate. Finish is dry with moderate, resinous bitterness.

IPA - American
Lemon zest and zippy pine in the first sip from the hops. Simcoe dry hopped has a peppery citrus and a sweet tarts style finish. Lingering red current flows on with a light, grainy malt balance at the end. Smooth feel, slightly dry in the middle.

On tap, pours a moderately hazy orange. Very little smell or taste. Not bad, but just like 10% of what a world-class IPA should be like. I would be curious to taste the version that gets a 96 rating, but this ain't it.

16 ounce can packaged 03/04/24.
Moderate pour yields a one and a half inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing.
Nose of sweet citrus (tangerine, orange) and a few lemons and one grape!
Taste follows nose closely with all the orange plus a bit of lemon, very slight grape, and very slight pine resin at the finish.
Feel is very good with near medium carbonation.
Overall, I'm glad I finally got to try this juicebomb and would recommend to any juicers out there;
but, you probably already did!!
Cheers!!!

Pint can in a Spiegelau IPA glass. Five weeks in existence, canned on 5/23/3023.
Golden orange color, barely translucent. High white cap that drops to a lasting film. Snowflake size lacing spots.
Pine straw and wheat grains soaked in grape juice aroma, then…
…the lemon bursts through in the flavor profile. The light fruits, grapes and pears, along with pine tar, scream Summertime.
Extremely good and light Summer IPA feel. Citrus hops without bitterness. Clean dry finish.
Quite lightweight @ 7.2% abv and that’s ok. After all, it’s a Summer season brew.
