This edition of our Super Saison, dry hopped with El Dorado, drinks smooth with a slightly thick mouthfeel, and exhibits subdued, herbal, earthy hop character with a delicate essence of lime on the finish. This dank, grassy hop profile is balanced with classic saison notes of spicy white pepper derived from the use of our farmhouse yeast blend.

Hazy yellow color, smell is a wonderful citrus, floral nose. The flavor is a more grassy, earthy taste. Finish is a little harsh. An overall solid beer.

750ml poured into a #proper Trillium tulip.
One second of pouring and you're already anticipating this beer. Bright, juicy-looking golden yellow, ample bone white head, and a ton of sticky lacing from the dry hop. Wonderful aroma featuring equal parts grassy hops and layers of funk. The taste? This beer is on point, and crushable. Lemony, a bit of classic Belgian yeast and cracker malts. Really excellent with a lingering finish. The extremely creamy mouthfeel really helps deliver the beer's complexities. Wish I had another!
