This was the first average offering I have had from Trillium.
Aside from the typical fruited nose that seems characteristic of all of Trillium's better beers, this brew offered little to impress its audience.
Everything on the palate was ordinary and uninspired.
A swing and a miss.

Bomber poured into chalice
Hazy yellow , white foam cap
Spicy notes, a bit of tropical and a bit of biscuit
Some banana , clove , lemony, and some pine on the taste
Love the trillium beers, however, the saison is not my preferred style. Hoped the simcoe would add something. New, different. Still searching
