In another exciting collaborative effort with our neighbors at Barrington Coffee Roasters, this is a bold American stout infused with cold-brewed coffee. PM Dawn exhibits an earthy, freshly roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate/mocha nose. The flavor profile consists of vanilla, hot chocolate, and caramel along with rich espresso. With a medium to heavy body, luscious mouthfeel, and light bitterness, PM Dawn is balanced and full, smooth with a drying roast character.

From the 750ml bottle into my Trillium tulip. The bottle is undated but, since I bought this at Trillium myself, I happen to remember more-or-less for certain that it was sometime in October. What can I say? I have too much beer in my basement. Shoot me.
L: Pours black as midnight sporting a lush, foamy, cocoa-colored head with exceptional retention. Great gobs of foam lace ring the glass and sheet down the sides.
S: Raisins, molasses and coffee grinds.
T: After a couple of months in my basement, it tastes more like a chocolate stout than coffee. Still, light-roast coffee with cream and molasses, Hershey's cocoa, vanilla toffee and figs. A pleasant toasted-malt bitterness lingers on the palate.
F: Medium carbonation, smooth, but a slight not-entirely-pleasant sticky/tackiness persists.
O: In a side-by-side comparison with Pot & Kettle, Pot & Kettle whooped this one's ass. Nevertheless, a highly serviceable beverage.

ilky smooth. Good coffee flavor balanced with the roasted malts and bittering hops. Creamy, but not milk stout like. Medium light mouthfeel, lower carb. Easy sipping. No alcohol taste. Solid stout but not mind blowing.
