The first Double IPA produced at our Canton brewery. Featuring four powerful aromatic hop varieties, Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Columbus, Scaled Up emits dank, spicy, aromas that lead into fruity, citrusy flavors of peach and orange on the palate. Lighter in body than most of our other Double IPAs, Scaled Up finishes dry and smooth with a pleasant bitterness.
MALT: Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Dextrine, Dextrose, C-15
HOPS: Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Columbus

Opaque, banana yellow body crowned with a thick, creamy, sticky, white head, long-lasting; spidery sheets of foam work their way down the glass. Notes of papaya, peach, red grapefruit, and citrus in the nose. Sharp, acidic, tangy flavors; grapefruit and tart lemon primarily; decent bitterness balance; a pinch of oat-like substrata in the taste. Medium-heavy mouthfeel with a velvet like density; acidic bite; juicy.
This is a mighty fine hazy double India pale ale. At just a month old, I can't judge it from a fresher perspective, but I likes what I drinks. It truly has an outstanding appearance and an alluring aroma. The taste and mouthfeel aspects also are aboveboard in character. Trillium is not regularly distributed in my area, but when it is, it's a treat. This beer is a fine example of this.
ABV: 8%; pouring temperature: 47.7 ℉; canning info: 05/28/24

From a two-week-old can, pours a very hazy orange. Big white head of foam leaves pretty lacing. Smell and taste feature sharp papaya, citrus and earthy herbs. Pleasant, light bitterness. Great beer.

Bright milky hazy golden yellow pour with two fingers of creamy just slightly off white head.
Nose starts with grapefruit and a touch of weedy darkness - orange, mango and a bit of pineapple - hint of sweatiness.
Juicy sweet on the palate - mango, ripe citrus - orange, nectarine; backend has a slightly pithy grapefruit bitterness.
Creamy full but not thick mouthfeel - brisk carbonation - sweet and juicy but with a bright bitterness.

Poured a cloudy orange body, looks like orange juice, with a decent head and lace patches. Aroma has blended smells like tropical fruits and acidic juice like orange and pineapple. Smooth, medium body, easy to drink, no bitterness, balances acidic tartness like pineapple with tropical fruit like mango and peach and finishes real easy and is a great beer to sip and relax with.

Bright, golden, orange pour. Resinous, mango, peach aromas. Very balanced, hoppy and tropical. Medium body with a drier finish. Really good beer.

Pours a cloudy yellow-orange color with a medium bodied white colored head that leaves little lacing down the glass. It's aroma is of toasted malts, sweet magoes, and citrus. Tastes of sweet malts, citrus, and mango/melon. It's a classic double IPA from Trillium, smooth, nice amount of carbonation, feels lighter than it is.
