This special draft-only double IPA was brewed as a 10 bbl. pilot batch to prepare for the upcoming release of our Third Anniversary brew. A remarkably juicy offering, Speed Dial is double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and is supported by a crisp Pilsner malt backbone. Pouring a vibrant, hazy gold; aromas of white wine, apricot, and faint pine sap swirl around the nose. To enhance depth and complexity of the uniquely fruity, white grape flavors provided by Nelson, we added Sauvignon Blanc juice mid- fermentation. Soft and creamy with moderate bitterness and supplementing notes of clementine and pineapple. Medium-Light bodied with a dry finish.
Stay tuned for details surrounding the release of our Third Anniversary beer later this month!
MALT: Pilsner, C-15, Flaked Wheat, Dextrine
HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Columbus

From notes: growler filled 3/1, shared with my girlfriend on 3/2.
Poured a slightly hazy pale orange in color, minimal white head. Moderate white wine notes in both the flavor and the aroma. I thought there was a bit too much alcohol heat and could have used a few weeks to come together. My girlfriend loved it while I thought it was a very good but not great beer.

Lots of orange, tangerine, orange zest and some grapefruit juice. Creamy yet light mouthfeel, lower carb and easy drinking. Really balanced bitter and sweetness levels. Short finish. It's yummy.
