This new edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Nelson Sauvin hop. Stillings Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of kiwi, white grape and lemongrass on the nose. Delicate flavors of citrus zest, pineapple and cantaloupe are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.

MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose

HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Columbus

Opaque frosted amberish brew with plenty of foam in the Bacchus tumbler. This does not seem to have the usual acidity of the hazies. It's also hardly sweet, for a change. Aroma of old oranges with cardboard. Overall this is very plain and doesn't make an assault on the senses, so I have to call it a better than average Hazy. But for drinking, it's sharp in the back of the throat and bitter like chewing on a pencil, but the frothy mouthfeel is a plus. Seems to get more acidic as I sip and more bitter and more dishwatery. I fail to see the attraction but the brewer makes it sound so good in the description! From the 16 oz can purchased on the West Coast. Dated 10/22/25.

Look...Idyllic yellow wheat color with a white small bubble head
Smell...dank smell of grapes. A lot of grassy notes. melon and yeast pronounced
Taste...Dynamic bust of pulpy juice denoting a skunk but in a good way. A delicious bite of bitter on the back end
Feel...a dominated juice fel and pulpy in such a nice way.
Overall...this beer is so excellent in many ways. Love to have this anytime. Another world class beer from this exceptional brewery. S o fortunate to find these beers up on cape Cod. Awesome

Poured a golden orange, almost creamsicle, body with decent head and lace ring down glass. Very floral and citric burst of aroma that almost reminds me of perfume. Smooth, clean, almost creamy, very sweet not quite tropical or sugary popsicle but borders on both as this medium-bodied beer has some heft, but not too much, and some enjoyable fruit flavors with a touch of citric suds and one of the easiest and most enjoyable beers I’ve had in quite a long time.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.

S: Lively mix of citrus, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, a little spicy pine, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Quick floral hit, followed by a mix of citrus, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, white grape, tangerine, guava, apricot, melon, pineapple, gooseberry, and kiwi, spicy pine, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, super smooth.

O: Super interesting. It's unmistakably Nelson, but a more nuanced version. The classic notes are there, but they aren't hitting you over the head like a lot of Nelson showcases. Instead, the secondary notes get to come out to play.

Pours a milky light orange with 1/2F head and moderate lacing.

Smells of grassy hops, citrus and melon.

Tastes of lightly tart grapefruit, tangy wheat, orange and cantaloupe with a lightly bitter finish.

Medium body with light carbonation. Smooth, dry mouthfeel.

This is a well made, complex brew that is more for advanced IPA tastes because it's bitterness.
