Cask pour at the brewery.
Holy jesus, this beer is absolutely incredible. Pot and Kettle by itself is one of my all-time favorite straight porters thanks to its immense fudginess and thick mouthfeel; this variant amplifies both of those facets while adding an admirable amount of depth. Huge notes of liquid fudge up front that segues into complementary notes of vanilla and dried dates/figs. The pepper purveys throughout the entirety of the mouthfeel with some light heat and just a touch of sweetness. Mouthfeel is thick and sludgy; still and dark as night with the cask pour. This reminds me of Prairie Bomb if it had a little more depth and a lot less vegetal pepper flavor. One of the best beers I've ever had.
