Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew.
For this edition, we present a complex Raspberry Sour Wheat Ale fermented with our native New England mixed culture. The appearance is pale ruby in color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is comprised of intense, tart raspberry and mulberry. The beer begins assertively tart upfront with plenty of berry character, complimented by a clean lactic finish.
MALT: Pilsner Malt, White Wheat Malt, Flaked Wheat
HOPS: US Goldings

Had on tap. Pours slightly hazy, bright red in color with minimal head. Taste is big raspberries and sour mix. Very tart, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Really like the way this tastes. Super refreshing, nice and tart, with huge raspberry taste. Not as complex as some of the other Permutation series, but it delivers a really great taste. I feel this is one of the better permutations series beers I have had.
