750ml bottle dated 02/03/17

Pours reddish amber orange with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like tobacco, cinnamon, almond, oak, vanilla, honey, bourbon, tart cherry, spice, pale malt, with floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Tastes like sour cherry, vanilla, oak, almond, honey, bourbon, sweet spice, pale malt, with floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Feels medium bodied, smooth and slick with moderate high carbonation. Overall a real nice bourbon barrel aged wild ale with cherries.

Pours clear, faint maroon in color with minimal head. Taste is big oak, light vanilla and cherry as the beer warms. Good but middle of the road for Trillium sours.
