1-800-COLLABO! We've teamed up with Monkish to bring you Dial Up the Seven Digits, a juicy Double IPA brewed with muscat grape juice. Combining the recipes for Dialed In (our Double IPA brewed with various wine grape juices) and Monkish's Dial the Seven Digits Double IPA, DUT7D is a harmonious marriage of dank hop flavors and smooth, subtle muscat juice. Papaya, grape, peach, and fresh woody pine tease the nose. The palate conjures powerful flavors of papaya juice and tropical fruit with a creamy mouthfeel and wheat finish.
MALT: Pilsner. Golden Promise, Malted Oats, Dextrine, Caramalt 15, Flaked Wheat

Pours murky gold with a short-lived head of white. Minimal retention or lacing. Dank and pithy in the nose with unripe peaches, white grapes, weed.
Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. A bit chalky. Grapeskins, grapefruit pith, hard peach on the palate. Finishes dry and pithy with minimal malt and a balanced bitterness.
