We teamed up with The Veil Brewing Company to brew a juicy double IPA with blood oranges. Adult Human leads with a dank, tropical nose. Flavors of papaya, orange creamsicle and zesty grapefruit wash across the pallet. A subtle ripe sweetness from the blood oranges is balanced by a clean, crisp finish and moderate carb.

Bulby orange juice color with a 1/2 finger head.
Aromas of ripe vine citrus and blood orange, some pot, and orange creamsickle.
Flavor has a firm bitterness with a nice citrus backdrop, some onion, and then BOOM the blood orange hits you as if you just bit into a juicy one. The finish is pure blood orange. Forgot how good these tasted, didn't think I'd be reminded from a beer.
Feel is creamy and smooth - milkshake-like, just like a good deal of Trillium beers. Soft carbonation.
Overall, a knockout. They must have used hundreds of pounds of blood oranges here. Good stuff.

16oz can poured into an oversized wine glass
A- pours a murky pale orange-yellow color with a one-finger creamy white head that reduces to leave nothing behind
S- the nose is dank, juicy and tropical with aromas of mango, peach, pineapple, blood orange and grapefruit zest.
T- bold and intense blood orange flavor up front with notes of orange pith and rind, followed by a blast of citra hops, giving notes of mango, guava & citrus zest. Definitely picking up the orange creamsicle as well. The finish is semi-dry and lingers of straight blood orange juice
M- medium body and medium prickly carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- it's amazing how much the blood orange flavor is intensified. Juicy, dank and citrusy, outstanding
