What happens when a witch shark hits the streets? A double IPA is born.
For our first ever collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery we present Street Shark Double IPA. Using Bellwoods' base recipe and brewed on our Canton system using Trillium's house yeast and methods, Street Shark is a juicy, delectable marriage of flavors highlighted by technique. The nose leads with powerful citrus and honeysuckle, followed by a palate of peach, orange, and stonefruit. Street Shark has a creamy, medium body and smooth mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-Row Barley, German Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Munich Malt
HOPS: Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, CTZ

Great hazy DIPA from Trillium and Bellwoods Brewery. Aromatic af with notes of mango, tangerine, slight pine. Great mouth feel with a subtle sweetness but still very hoppy and dank. Great use of the flaked oats with the german pils to get the beautiful color. Top 5 for me for sure.

L - Murky body and light orange in color with a finger of white head
S - Citrus heavy with pine, berries, and bitterness
T - Again, huge citrus, but now it is matches with pine and bitterness. Notes of grass, berries, peaches, and apricot add complexity
F - Full and creamy body. No alcohol.
O - Great collab that has the big contributions from each of the hops used.
