Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. Featuring a base grist similar to Fort Point, our newest pale ale highlights a pungent, new experimental hop variety. Hop-driven aromas of stone fruit and melon take the lead with similar flavors following through on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and a refreshingly dry finish.

MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine

32 oz. growler fill

Pours cloudy hazy golden amber orange with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like fresh melons, cantaloupe, honeydew, melon rind, papaya, stone fruit, nectarine, peach, apricot, mango, orange citrus, grapefruit, some caramelized bready wheaty malt, with dank green resinous sweet floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Taste follows with fresh melons, cantaloupe, honeydew, papaya, melon rind, stone fruit, nectarine, peach, apricot, mango, orange citrus, grapefruit, some caramelized bready wheaty malt, with dank green resinous floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Finishes dry, medium bodied, creamy and smooth with moderate low carbonation. Overall a real nice hoppy pale ale.
