For International Women's Day this year, the ladies of Trillium got together to participate in Pink Boots Society's Collaboration Brew Day. On March 8th, 2018, the Trillium ladies donned pink boots and took charge of the creation of a new beer.

When creating the concept for a new double IPA, the group decided to spice it up by adding pink peppercorns to the recipe! Instead of featuring the heat typically associated with pepper, we focused on techniques to help highlight the fruity, floral aromas and flavors carried in the husks of the peppercorns which complement the malt and hop bill beautifully. Women at Work presents a hazy orange/amber color with a floral nose of orange, berries, and a warming pepper spice. A palate of rose, tangerine, and cantaloupe is balanced by a delicate peppery finish.

ABV: 7.7%
MALT: Maris Otter, Dextrine, C15, Honey Malt, Flaked Oats, Pink Peppercorns
HOPS: Pink Boots Hop Blend from YCH (Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Loral)
