Permutation Series #30 leads with a strong nose of melon, mango, and tangerine. A fruit forward palate of clementine, cantaloupe, subtle lime, and pithy grapefruit rind is balanced by a lychee finish from a new fermentation approach. A full mouthfeel and moderate carbonation round out Perm 30 as a distinctly satisfying Double IPA.

This beer was phenomenal, the smell was so juicy and fruity and by far the best smelling NEIPA I've ever had. Bitterness was perfectly balanced with the huge amount of Galaxy hops and honey used to brew this gem of a beer. Tree House take note, this is how you make a World Class Galaxy NEIPA. Unfortunately they never canned #30 but you can still try it on tap at the Canton brewery. I would highly recommend sampling this little beauty.

consumed from growler filled earlier today, pours out a beautiful glowing golden orange color with a bright white head with large bubbles - oddly fizzy, recedes quickly. aromas are dank, slightly spicy and green, hint of pineapple. palate is huge sharp green note up front, pithy grapefruit, orange, mango, peach. honestly drank this one at a warmer temperature, probably would have been better ice cold, some of the rougher aspects are coming out which makes it taste slightly harsh. but with some time this could be a really nice beer - just found that the harshness kept it from being a really beautiful display of galaxy that you get from a softer and more rounded beer like treehouse - green or bright with galaxy. cheers!
