Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
For this edition, we present a crisp witbier to welcome the warmth of late spring. Straw-colored with moderate haze and thick lacing. Coriander greets the nose followed by bright aromas of fresh lemon and orange zest. Refreshing flavors of orange & meyer lemon continue onto the palate with complimentary spicy notes. Finishes light and smooth with nuanced bitterness.
MALT: Valley Malt Wheat, Valley Malt 2 Row, Flaked Wheat, Oats
HOPS: Saaz
YEAST: Belgian Wit
