Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Permutation 40 or as it is known around the brewery, "creamsicle", presents a deeply opaque, milky orange color. A beautiful bouquet of vanilla and orange leap from the glass, as if a nostalgic frozen treat is waiting for you on a hot day! The tastes of full orange oil and sweet cream grace the full-bodied, milky palate. Citrusy hops weave throughout the entire experience and wraps up with the most gentle of bitterness.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, Flaked Oats, Honey Malt, Lactose
HOPS: Citra

Pours a milky golden. Some candied fruit aroma. Those candied fruit aromas continue into the flavor, but in a sort of artificial way. What I could not get over was the plasticky, medicinal character. That's what stuck with me.
