Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Permutation 43 shines with a beautiful maroon-to-burgundy color and light to medium haze. Candied strawberry, and fresh blueberry spring from the glass, macerated grapes and flavors of sangria blend with a rounded salinity and the subtle notes of Balaton cherries. It’s light refreshing acidity, finishes clean, with a medium mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, Kosher Salt
HOPS: Columbus
