Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Permutation Series Number 48 pours a hue of marigold orange with thick, cloudy haze. Bursting aromas of clementines and ripe pineapple meet the nose with a flourish of spruce. Notes of squeezed orange, smooth vanilla, and melon rind lead the palate. A fuller body with a pillowy soft mouthfeel suggests the texture of creamy sherbet while a light bite of pine balances out the finish.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15
HOPS: Citra, Columbus
