Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Permutation 49 is a Double IPA brewed with Lactose featuring El Dorado in the double dry hop and pours a deeply hazy, vibrant orange hue. Dank, citrus driven aromatics of orange peel and pressed grapefruit meld on the nose with a cotton candy sweetness. Rounded flavors of creamy orange sorbet, lime zest, and watermelon popsicles develop on the palate. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a soft, reserved level of bitterness.
MALT: Pale Malt, Honey Malt, Lactose
HOPS: Mosaic, El Dorado

I like Trillium products but this was terrible. I had to dump half of the $5.50 beer.

Appearance is a very cloudy dark amber with a slight white head. Aroma is a nice grapefruit citrus with very little hoppy accent. Taste is a solid grapefruit citrus with a slight hoppy that is very flavorful

Poured from a 16oz can into a Trillium tulip glass. Canned 6/26/18, purchased at the brewery.
Pours a dark orange, milkshake hazy body with a one finger white head that leaves nice lacing and retention.
Aromas of orange creamsicle, tropical hops, sweet melon and lightly metallic.
Taste is sweet orange creamsicle, grapefruit, citrus, lightly bitter hoppy zest, citrus peel, finishing sweet and candy like. Medium body, creamy but easy to drink.

Deeper orange color, with an almost reddish tinge. Tons of El dorado lime flavor, balanced a bit with mango and orange. El dorado is def in your face though. Mouthfeel has fairly high carbonation. Fantastic beer, will drink again.
