Served at Trillium canton taproom.
Body is glowing pink-orange, lightly hazy with a small white head. Little lacing.
Aromas of strawberry and grassy wheat, tart citrus and a bit of basil.
Taste is lightly tart with strawberry and basil on the follow through, very refreshing and easy. Pretty balanced, neither the strawberry or basil takes over. Medium carbonation and pretty light body especially for 7.9%.
