The Seesaw series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.
Double Seesaw: Raspberry is our first release in the series. Pouring a royal garnet hue of dark maroon, captivating aromas of fresh raspberries swirl to the nose leading to a palate reminiscent of homemade summer mixed berry jam. Refreshingly tart with a balancing salinity, this beer has a medium mouthfeel with a clean finish.
ABV: 4%
MALT: Pale Malt, White Wheat
HOPS: CTZ

L - pours a bloody beet red with stained red head. Everything about this is red! Settles into something even darker and bloodier. Awesome.
S - yep, that's raspberry. Sugar-coated raspberry puree and metallic tang.
T - flavor is actually far more complex than the nose suggests. Getting the initial raspberry pop, but the gose makes an appearance with sea salt and coriander. Tart blackberry and sweet tarts. Very potent for 4%.
F - smooth for a Trillium low ABV gose. Figured this would fall victim to the classic trill airiness and artificial carb feel, and it does somewhat, but is overall quite full and luscious, all things considered.
O - this one certainly packs a punch. Heavy on the tart raspberry and massive saltiness. I can feel my lips burning! Very nice display.

16oz can dated 8/9/18.
Pours dark red with a purple hue and a brilliant purple- pink head. Raspberry jam in the nose with a mild tartness. Medium bodied with a tacky, jammy mouthfeel. Loads of ripe raspberry on the palate with a touch of tartness. Finishes with lingering raspberries and a hint of brackishness.
Great fruit beer weather you're into Goses or not.
