The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.

Tropical fruit is the name of the game this time around, with a double dose of guava, passion fruit, mango and pineapple headlining our recipe. The beer takes on a light orange hue with a touch of haze, and the featured fruits dominate aroma as soon as it hits the glass. Citrus zest joins the flavor profile and balances the juicy depth of the sweeter additions. Taste is largely reflective of aroma, with tart and refreshing guava notes taking the lead. A medium level of sour is highlighted by bursting notes of lime and passion fruit, balancing out this lush and easy-drinking gose.

MALT: Pale Malt, White Wheat

Smells like citrus - grapefruit. Tarty taste with good fruitiness. guava, passion fruit, mango and pineapple dominate the profile which is quite tasty.

Looks like dense tropical juice. Smells like grapefruit juice. And the taste follows super tart yet fruity. I could crush this all day. I need to try more of these variants. Didn’t realize how good this beer could be

nose is this combination of fruits and assertive salinity that gives off a stinky character, odd but intriguing. suuuuper tart and seedy fruit quality, i am not overly familiar with passion fruit or guava, but both are obviously showing up in bright acidic form, as well as an underripe mango quality, as well as a spicy pineapple quality. there is a sharpness to the fruit quality that is interestingly matched with some salinity. overall its sort of harsh and saturated with tart underripe fruit.... but i sort of love that because it imparts this heavy scraping flavor profile. worth trying but im sure opinions will be mixed on this one.
