The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.
Our second Triple Seesaw is generously fruited with peach, plum, blueberry, boysenberry, strawberry, tart cherry, and apricot and pours a dark magenta with moderate haze. An abundance of fruity aromas entice the nose with bursts of muddled berries, raspberry jam, ripe stone fruits, and fresh tangy citrus. Initially, the palate is rich with a melange of dark berries as flavors of ripe strawberry, juicy apricot, and black cherry build mid way through onto the finish. Medium-bodied and semi-dry with a touch of salinity and a delicate, restrained tartness, this Triple Seesaw is both elegant and indulgent.

16oz can dated 11/6/18.
Pours cloudy purple-red with a short-lived head of white. Faint red fruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a slickish, chewy mouthfeel. Ripe, tart, red fruits on the palate. Finishes jammy and tart with lingering cherries and raspberries.

Poured into a stange.
The appearance was a thick magenta/purple-ish color with a fair finger's worth of white foamy head with enough bubbles to help sink the head fairly quick. No lace was left.
The aroma had a huge boysenberry to tart cherry up front meshing with some peach, plum, blueberry, strawberry and some apricot trying to get in there for balance. Some sly sour to sweet wheat slides in for an appropriate touch.
The flavor mildly blends the sweet to the tart up front taking in a wonderful fruity mellow sour character. Nice smooth aftertaste of all of the prior mentioned fruits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under. Carbonation felt a bit under but I wasn't bothered. ABV felt appropriate. Big berry tart and wheaty finish.
Overall, great as a fruited sour ale but where's the saltiness? Still, it's well done enough to have again.

The cloudy, dark magenta colored body was capped by a thin, bubbly, light fuschia crown that quickly fell to a frothy collar. A few odd streaks of lacing stuck along the glass.
The aroma was really fruity and bright. Berry notes dominated. Raspberry came through strongest. Strawberry was noticeable too. As the beer sat, blackberry and blueberry notes came forth, as did the overall sweetness. Later, apricot appeared and competed for dominance with the berries.
The flavor was quite fruity as well but definitely more tart and bright than the nose. Again, berry notes dominated. I might guess strawberry followed by raspberry or blackberry. Moderately sour and acidic. Underripe berries or berry seeds came to mind. The tartness and acidity intensified as the beer moved along the palate. Lemon notes and a hint of briny salinity appeared on the finish.
Ultra light and fluffy mouthfeel. The liquid contained a fine yet aggressive effervescence that came across as a touch airy initially. As the liquid sat, the carbonation settled to a more appropriate level and the liquid tuned creamy and slick.
This “Fruit Salad” variation of Triple Seesaw was enjoyable but a step below the other releases. With so many fruits in this one, some were bound to get lost in the fray.

Hazy purple color with short lived purple head. Aroma is really fruity with jam and fruit preserve juices. Taste follows, tart and really fruity, not very acidic, easy drinking with a nice background sweetness. Medium body and carbonation. Really good, fruity, tart and refreshing.
