We brew Deciduous to welcome the return of Autumn and to celebrate New England's changing foliage. Inspired by the dynamic New England climate, we recalibrate and evolve our recipe annually to produce a new iteration each Fall.
For this year’s installment we brewed a dark, chestnut brown American Strong Ale. Inviting aromas of cocoa powder, dried fruit, caramel, and vanilla swirl to the nose and excite the palate. Expressive malt and deep flavors of lightly toasted brown bread and molasses build on the palate and are lengthened with each sip by earthy notes of fig, date, candied raisin, and bright, fruity dark cacao. Hearty and complex with medium body, this year’s Deciduous makes for a comforting and warming cap to ensure a special evening shared with the dearest of friends and family.
MALT: Maris Otter, Carared, Simpsons DRC, Chocolate Malt
HOPS: Hop Extract
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: Figs, Goodnow Farms Cacao Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Piloncillo Cane Sugar

Oh. Oh. The vanilla!
It tastes like someone tripped and accidentally dumped all the vanilla in the world into this. I love trillium, but OH NO. Maybe mines a bad one, but holy shit. This isn't right. This is a serious issue. I feel sick!
