Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew.
Our brewing team at Fort Point looked to the Belgian tradition again for this draft only Amber Ale. Pouring a light ruby brown hue with a fluffy tan head, Permutation 74 emits aromatic qualities of clove, faint banana, and lightly charred bread, Medium bodied and moderately effervescent, Permutation 74 has a reserved malt sweetness with complementary flavors of caramel, raisin, and dried berries and interwoven, delicate spice notes of white pepper, nutmeg and caraway.
MALT: 2-row, Flaked Oats, C-80, Double Roasted Chocolate Malt, Special B, Chocolate Malt
HOPS: Hallertau Magnum
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: Belgian Candi Sugar
