Pouring a heavy jet black color with a dark mocha brown head, Chocolate Pistachio Bark delivers a luxurious and alluring nose highlighted with layers of rich vanilla bean, pistachio bits, chocolate fudge, and subtle dried cherries and raisins. Taking a sip, the palate is greeted by an initial wave of nutty flavors calling to mind pistachio gelato and freshly baked pistachio biscotti. Bold cocoa powder and brownie batter follow underpinned by a indulgent note of vanilla milk shakes. Full bodied, with a vicious mouthfeel and a silky carbonation, Chocolate Pistachio Bark has a long, smooth, and decadent finish.

A- 750ml bottle into a becher with a motor oil body and a medium tan-brown head. The crown makes it to a finger high with decent retention. Small webs of lacing.
S- Toasted nut atop a huge base stout that has both the roasted dark grains and a decent amount of sweets, finds a nice balance. Intense dark cocoa, bitter roast barley, caramel, vanilla, fudge and espresso notes. Pistachio subtle.
T- Sweet balanced with bitter roasted grains. Malts drop dark chocolate, fudgey, toast, caramel, brown sugar, licorice and dark roast coffee and there is just a hint of booze. Medium sweetness overall as the booze and bitters cut into it. Hints of toasted pistachio and nuts throughout but fairly subtly overall. Hints of dried dark fruit. Vanilla bean holds it all together and its rather prominent with time.
MF- Slick and oily hefty thick body. Carbonation is at a medium level and it ends fairly warm. Silky and somewhat creamy.
A great stout with hints of toasted pistachio and plenty of vanilla beans. Rides the balance of roast, boozy, dessert and nutty quite.

Pours two shades shy of black with no head. Nose expresses dark chocolate and booze. Taste reveals dark chocolate, pistachios, char and booze. Mouthfeel is medium in body with an almost still carbonation. Overall, a really taste American Imperial Stout. The nose on this beer does not do it justice.

On draft in canton.
Pitch black. Small mist of caramel bubbles.
Nose is chocolate brownie batter, vanilla, caramel drizzle and a dried out, unsalted nut presence.
The taste is much of the same thing mentioned in the nose. That chocolate brownie batter is thiiick.
Thick, big and full bodied. Sweet.
It’s like a thick chocolate ice cream with brownie chunks, marshmallows and nuts thrown in.

Draft pour trill canton
Head fades so fast and no lacing and touch of brown tinge to the color . Smell is faint a little chocolate and cherry notes. Taste a touch salt pistachio but find that where it ends and not a lot of layers
A little thin but also not super sweet. Would not seek out but interesting for a draft pour
