16 oz. can. Called "Island Inspired Double Seesaw" on the can. Pours just a tad hazy orange-golden. Smells of coconut, passion fruit, wheat, and sweet pineapple. Tastes of stronger pineapple. A little tart passion fruit. Lots of salt, wow. And some coconut lends a bit of slickness to the body. Medium body. It's barely tart and a little heavy for a gose. It's a little slow to drink, adjunct-heavy, and quite salty.

orange colored, white head. aroma is definitely dominated by the tropical fruit and is pleasant. taste is too heavy on the salt and coconut, it's not favorable to me. thin bodied.

Canned 7/17. Pours a slightly hazy amber orange with lively effervescence and head that quickly recedes. Prominent notes of ripe passion fruit on the nose. Lots of passion fruit juice flavors, followed by a background/finish of pineapple. Supposed to be getting toasted coconut- maybe it’s there on the back end but I wouldn’t tell it was there if I didn’t know if. Really hard to find. Slightly less salinity that I expected based on the addition of sea salt. Does a pretty good job of hiding the ABV, given it’s not exactly a sessionable one.
A solid beer and a refreshing one for today’s heat wave, but I was a little bummed that the coconut was pretty much nonexistent for me. The flavor profile is reminiscent of another Trillium collab called escape plan that I liked better. It was heavier and had a thicker mouthfeel, but the pina colada flavors were all there.
