Brewed at our Canton location, Permutation 6.26 is a new IPA set upon a simple base of pale malts and hopped with Mosaic and Denali. Pouring a hazy light orange color with a billowing white head, Permutation 6.26 is swirls bold aromas of ripe pineapple cubes, pressed citrus, and tropical melon that extend right through to the palate. Taking a sip, flavors of mango, grapefruit, blood orange, and mixed berries add depth balanced against notes of lightly sweet barley. Medium bodied with a rounded mouthfeel, Permutation 6.26 has a pleasant spruce tip bitterness and a clean, mouthwatering finish.

Finally, a Trillium I can't stand! Sweet and cloying, clear orange and gassy rather than smooth. Unbalanced and bitter. Not up to Trillium standards.

L - dark brownish yellow with meager haze. Kinda flat all around. Nice size on this head, but it's fragile. Quickly dissipating...
S - lemon candy and bready malts. Orange jam sweetness and maybe a hint of pine. Berries.
T - loaded up with mixed berries and evergreen. Somewhat reminiscent of Foundation beers. Bit of a sticky, malty sugariness complements white bread and that classic mosica lemony graininess. Finishes strong with herbal dryness and oily hop leftovers.
F - viscous and full for sub-8 ABV. Creamy but not too thick and syrupy. Clean finish.
O - somewhat underwhelming and standard mosaic beer, but it does feature fantastic body and hearty satisfaction.

Smells like some potent ganja with summer berries mixed in, with citrus, melon, pineapple and tropical fruits in the background. Tastes like ripe mixed berries, citrusy grapefruit, lemon, blood orange, light tropical fruits, pineapple, melon, mango, a hint of toast, with dank earthy herbal resinous floral pine. Medium-full bodied, creamy smooth.
