For Permutation 6.35, we set out to brew a fluffy and sessionable Pale Ale hopped heavily with experimental hop variety HBC 630, which was recently utilized in our Twin Bines Double IPA. A granddaughter of Warrior®, HBC 630 presents distinct aromas of raspberry candy, bright stone fruit, and gentle berry. A generous amount of flaked and malted oats provide a pillowy mouthfeel, with a refreshingly dry finish.
Malts: Rahr 2-Row, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats
Hops: Columbus, Citra, HBC 630
