With Permutation 6.38, we continue our exploration of new hop varieties by highlighting Sultana™, formerly known as experimental #06277. A hop with impressive aromatics, Sultana™ (which translates to the woman), was named after one of the largest peaks in the continental US. Permutation 6.38 pours a warm orange color with an inviting haze. Boasting aromas of dripping pineapple juice, cantaloupe, and a complex floral bouquet, this gently sweet IPA finishes with a welcoming bitterness.
