Double Dry Hopped Illustrated

We got back in the kitchen with Cook's Illustrated to revamp our collaborative IPA recipe, which first debuted last year. We gave 2019 Illustrated our double dry hop treatment to enhance the aromatic qualities of El Dorado. A blend of malt locally-sourced from our friends at Valley Malt lay the groundwork for notes of candied honeydew melon, pineapple juice, orange peel, and a kiss of lemon zest. Medium-bodied, fluffy, and thoroughly drinkable, DDH Illustrated is a compelling second offering that we're happy to present alongside our friends at Cook's Illustrated.
