The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added. With Double Seesaw: Blood Orange we set out encapsulate a morning glass of orange juice in Gose form. Pouring a warm hazy ruby in the glass, vivid citrus notes immediately great the palate. Notes of freshly squeezed orange, lime zest, and citrus pith combine for a fresh and vibrant sip. Medium-bodied and satisfyingly tart, Double Seesaw: Blood Orange displays an amiable balance between acid and salinity.

16oz can dated 10/15/19.
Pours murky orangy-gold with zero head or retention. Soured orange soda with zest in the nose. Medium bodied with a prickly but slightly flat mouthfeel. Sour oranges, oil, and zest on the palate. Finishes sour with lingering orange.

Pours orange in color, clear with one third inch head. Taste is big blood orange with a good dose of sour mix. Light bodied, sour with high carbonation. One of the better Trillium beers I have had in a while. Might have to get more Seesaws.

Such a great gose. Thick and a bit sweeter than usual but salty and fill of blood orange flavor. Smell is like a blood orange floating in sea water. Taste is similar. A bit of sweetness upfront and then salty blood orange at the end. It really works and is quite delicious.

Rating in-style for a gose. Fruity, salty, light — this one is exactly what it's advertised to be be. For once, I love the fact that a brewery like Trillum has brewed something closer to what a gose supposed be, instead of a random light sourt with a gose label randomly stuck on

Poured from a 16 oz can into a stemmed harmony glass.
Pours an opaque deep amber orange color with a finger of white head. The head leaves no lacing as it quickly settles into a thin ring.
The aroma brings notes of blood orange, grapefruit, and orange soda. There's some faint lemon zest as well.
The flavor is extremely citrusy and mildly tart, with plenty of malt on the back. Comes exactly as advertised.
The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Prickly and refreshing and drinkable as hell.
Overall, a good gose that is more or less straight up juice. If you like blood orange, or really citrus in general, you will enjoy this beer.
