Dialed-Up builds upon the foundation of our series of Double IPA’s brewed with grape must, Dialed-In. For this rendition, we amped up the ABV to 11% and paired aromatic Mosaic hops with complementary fresh Riesling juice.
Pouring an alluring gold with deep haze, Dialed-Up Riesling offers an intense nose that balances a vinous white grape character with saturated tropical fruit aspects. Notes of orange peel, mango, pineapple, and white wine intermingle on the palate. Finishing mildly sweet with a well-hidden alcohol presence, Dialed-Up Riesling is a welcomed addition to our family of beer/wine hybrids.
MALT: Pilsner, C-15, Flaked Wheat
HOPS: Mosaic
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: Riesling Juice

Canned 11/16/19, lost this one in the back of the fridge; 3 months old.
Pours a nearly opaque deep orange-gold in the glass with two fingers of pillowy off-white head. Nose of fresh mango, peach, mandarin orange and fresh green grapes; almost a little champagne-y with a slightly earthy wheat backbone. Even after several months, the taste still packs a punch of dense tropical fruit. All the notes of the nose with a little extra ruby grapefruit flesh, apricot and dank herbaceousness. Little bit of pink grapefruit pith at the end of the sip. Outstanding. I can only assume it's mellowed out a bit after all these weeks but it's still fabulous. Creamy medium+ body that coats your palette with light carbonation. Light+ bitterness and light drying. I wish I could compare this to a can the day of canning to see how this brew has evolved, but nonetheless, it's a downright amazing beer.

Growler from 12/11/19.
Pours cloudy gold with a minimal head, retention, or lacing. Muted hops in the nose with undertones of malt, honey, grape, and orange. Medium bodied with a tacky, slickish mouthfeel. Light carbonation. Sweet up front on the palate with honey, grape juice, and candied grapefruit. Finishes sweet with a mild throat burn.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a one finger head; spotty lacing
Smell: Mango and pineapple pronounced with white wine notes; hint of citrus pith
Taste: Pineapple and mango bring a tropical aspect from the outset with some citrus pith adding a bitter element; the Riesling juice aspect emerges adding a vinous complexity to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Combining the Riesling juice with the tropical tones from the Mosaic hops makes for a very interesting variant
Thanks, BostonDipas, for the opportunity

Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Very sweet with a nice bitter finish. The grapes are quite prominent in the flavor. The nose is grape, tropical fruit and some dank hops. Flavor is mostly tropical fruit with the grape coming in at the end. Good beer but not really my thing with the grapes in it.
