Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Learn more about our Permutation series by checking out our overview and our refresh.
Building off of Permutation 6.47, we took our base Berliner Weisse recipe and added generous additions of both blackberry and boysenberry. Bursting with nuanced fruit juice aromas, notes of mixed berries evolve from blackberry to blueberry and raspberry as each sip washes across the palate. Brewed in Fort Point, Permutation 6.51 is medium-bodied and soft with a gentle acidity.
ABV: 4.7%
Malt: American 2-Row Barley, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Acidulated Malt
