Our nearly seven-year journey in craft brewing has brought us so much more than we ever could have imagined. New perspectives, recipe ideas, close friends, incredible stories. Some of the most impactful beers in Trillium's short, yet concentrated history have been inspired by the places we've visited and the people we've met along the way. Truly a product of location and time, the hoppy beers that we wanted to present to our little corner of the world looked, felt, and tasted vastly different than the IPAs we've experienced in our travels throughout the Western United States.
Clear, crisp, and delightfully bitter, Slideshow is our take on the iconic West Coast Double IPA. Presenting bright orange hue, aromas of freshly-zested grapefruit peel, orange pith, and ample lemon peel jump from the glass. The palate offers secondary, supporting notes of resinous pine needles and a dank earthiness. Medium-bodied with a biscuity backbone and crisp mouthfeel, Slideshow finishes with a welcomed bitter bite.
Malt: American 2-Row Barley, Munich, C-60
Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Columbus

16oz can.
Pours clear copper with minimal head or retention. Light notes of grapefruit, pine, and malt in the nose. Medium bodied with a crispish mouthfeel. Light malt with earthy hops and light grapefruit on the palate. Finishes fairly dry with a firm bitterness and lingering crystal malt.
No thanks.

Trilium makes very fer West Coast IPA's, maybe 4 a year. Tastes like a creamier Sierra Nevada, which is not a bad thing.

Light amber and clear, it has a really nice color to it. On the nose there is a bit of grapefruit and citrus. Mouthfeel is solid with some resiny hops and malt flavors. In typical West Coast IPA fashion it finishes with some subtle pine needle bitterness. Nice break from my steady diet of haze!
