Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. The names are sequential, reflecting the brewing year in Trillium's lifespan, followed by a recipe indicator.
Permutation 6.55 continues our exploration into the use of American Noble™ hops. An incredibly refreshing Pale Ale that deftly straddles the line between citrus and tropical fruit character, a healthy addition of American Noble™ Citra builds upon what we learned with Permutation 6.43. The nose presents a blend of lively fruit character, from grapefruit peel and lemon zest to a touch of mango and papaya. Light-bodied and incredibly drinkable, the results of this relatively new hop product from Yakima Chief have been highly satisfying.
Malt: American 2-Row Barley, White Wheat, Rolled Oats, Acidulated Malt
Hops: American Noble™ Citra, Magnum
