Copenhagen 25/10 2023. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Off-white can with huge metal lamp with a tiny lightbulb.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a fresh sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Peach, mango and pineapple. Tangerine. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for awhile. Finish is a bit dry.
Elegant Pale Ale.

On tap:
A ruddy matte orange-tan with a wisp of a ring around the surface, so not an overly pretty beer, even for the style.
The mosaic hops are up front in both the nose and taste, with overripe nectarine and mango vibe. There’s a promise of fresh garden stem and fruit skin bitterness in the aroma - one for which the flavors follow through. There’s a slight “hop burn” in the middle of the taste, but it’s not too distracting.
The beer is a bit over medium in heft, and not as smooth, perhaps due to its moderate 6.6% “pale ale” ABV. There’s a little fizz to it, and while the finish isn’t long, a little burp that the carbonation might bring on revives the mosaic with a more bitter version of what headed the opposite direction.

From a 16oz can dated 6/9/22 into a tulip.
Pours an opaque yellowish orange with about two and a half fingers of off-white head that dissipates very quickly. Very little lacing.
Smells of citrus (oranges, mandarins) and light onions/earth.
Taste is a pretty well balanced combination of the above aromas. light pine on the back end of the sip.
Very easy drinking. Soft mouthfeel. Very low carbonation.
A very nice beer from Trillium.

Poured on 7/3/2022, from a 16oz can that was purchased at the brewery on 7/2/2022, into a snifter glass.
A: The beer is a hazy deep gold color, with a large white head that fades quickly and leaves a thick but spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains strong floral and dank hops, strong juicy citrus and tropical fruits and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste likewise starts out with a very strong burst of floral and dank hops bitterness that is quickly followed by strong juicy and sweet flavors of citrus and tropical fruits. The malt character is on the light side and brings an excellent balance. There is a faint touch of a hops spice bite in the finish. The after-taste is hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Smooth and very crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down extremely easily, not too filling, good kick, very good representation of style, this is an excellent NE-style hop & juice bomb to pound down for a very long time.

No dating on the can, disappointed with Trillium... Canned anytime from ~6 weeks to ~3 months ago.
Pours a semi-hazy dark gold clay in the glass with a finger and a half rocky off-white head. Nose of over-ripened tropical fruit, mango, stone fruit, slight pineapple, slight blackberry, wheat and light herbaceousness. Taste follows the nose with a bit of floral hoppiness, light tangerine rind and mild clove. Taste is complex, with a lot of subtle flavors. More on the hoppy (with a tiny of bit dank) than tropical side of the palette. Medium- crisp body, refreshing but not full. Light+ sweetness, Medium- hoppiness, and Light+ bitterness. A drier, hoppier brew from Trillium than as to be expected! Great for a pale ale, I like it!

Pours a hazy golden bronze color. A moderate frothy head displays good retention and yields lacing.
The aroma is outstanding for its pungent and dank herbal notes and plethora of fruit. Notes of tropical fruit, including passion fruit, mango and pineapple, are complimented by citrusy notes of tangerine, grapefruit and lemon. There are also aromas of blueberry, floral hops, pine and grass.
The taste is just as much of a treat as the fruity and herbal tastes align with the aroma, albeit with a firm bitterness and dry palate that is nothing short of crushable. The flavors open with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and passion fruit, neither too juicy nor sweet, rather muted and dry. A citrusy middle palate takes over, evoking pithy notes of grapefruit rind, tangerine, orange and lemon. Throughout, a resiny and herbaceous bitterness adds balancing spice that is piney, peppery and grassy. The malt profile is dry, neutral and cracker like and provides a firm backbone to the hops forward flavors that dominate throughout:
Medium bodied with a nice crisp and prickly mouthfeel. The finish is very dry with a nice spicy hops burn. The carbonation is lively.
Wow! Simply delicious and outstanding! A world class pale ale, one of the best I’ve ever had.
